Meet Nectir’s New Team Members

This month, we’re excited to introduce two new full-time teammates who embody these values and bring a wealth of experience and perspective to our mission.

Meet Natanial Silva, Senior Software Engineer:

Hi there! I'm Nataniel Silva, a senior software engineer with over 14 years of experience across the software development process — from programming, environment configuration, and infrastructure, to software quality, quality assurance, and technical leadership.

I am very happy to be part of the Nectir team because it is a unique opportunity to work with an exciting product and innovative business! I am a person who values self-awareness and a thoughtful approach to the world around me.

I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, always seeking to broaden my perspectives and learn from different cultures.

Meet Jaime Moquin, Head of Customer Success:

Hi there! I’m Jaime Moquin, an education enthusiast, customer champion, and strategic doer who’s spent over 25 years exploring education from every side of the desk. I’ve been a classroom teacher, worked in higher education admissions, developed learning programs, and helped EdTech companies grow. Through it all, one thing has stayed constant: my passion for advancing education through innovation.

What drives me is simple: creating better learning experiences. I believe technology and people together can reshape how we teach, learn, and connect. That’s why I’m so excited to be at Nectir. It’s the perfect place to bring all my passions together: education, technology, and collaborating with institutions that are reimagining what learning can look like.

When not at work, you can find me outside snapping photos, guiding adventurers, taking on new trails, and always finding new ways to learn and grow.

We’re thrilled to welcome Nataniel and Jaime to the Nectir team. Their expertise, curiosity, and commitment to collaboration will help us continue building innovative solutions for education, together.
