We are back with some new product updates! We’ve moved around and added some features in our workspaces, with the goal of making Nectir easier to use.
A new button that make it easy to invite others to your workspace! Clicking on this button will generate an invite link that you can share with others in your organization so they can join the workspace. You also have the option to manually add their email to invite them directly to the workspace. Those you invite must have an allowed email of your organization to join. (Coming soon on mobile)
We’ve combined the old “search” and “discover” button into one, cleaning up the sidebar and making it easy to find the channels you are looking for. This button will take you to a list of all public channels—where you can search and join the ones you want! (Note: Private channels are not displayed here, and you must be invited by the owner to join a private channel).
The help center can be quickly accessed by clicking the life preserver at the bottom of your sidebar, right next to our logo. What used to be located in the channel options bar is now accessible in the workspace sidebar, so you can easily find help. Here you can search for help articles, send our team a message, submit feature requests, and check on Nectir’s system status.

This new button, located right next to the help button at the bottom of your sidebar, takes you directly to our help center with over 50 articles written by our team! You can search the articles to find step by step instructions and answers for common questions.
